Nov 30,  · Zero 7's fourth, YEAH GHOST, starts with the ambient "Count Me Out," an abstract piece that perhaps signals a new direction for the duo. And when "Mr McGee" comes in, there is indeed a change, just not one heralded by the intro. Instead, they go in a much more electro-pop direction/5(17).

Fourth album, following 's 'The Garden', from the Brit downtempo/chill out duo. Not content to make the same album again, with 'Yeah Ghost' they have turned in a markedly different work brimming with new ideas, from funky uptempo club bouncers, through avant-garde ambient, to indie-influenced, organic-sounding tracks like the free single 'Everything Up (Zizou)'/5(88).

Sep 29,  · My first listen to Yeah Ghost had me wondering if the wrong cd was in my jewel case. I had a similar reaction to this album that some of the reviewers who have given Yeah Ghost a low rating. After a couple of listens I really began to appreciate the direction and the risk taking on this outing by Zero /5(88).

Jan 28,  · I started listen to Zero 7 when they released their first EP. I love their early downtempo sound and lush vocals. Zero 7 has created many beautifull tunes that i really love. I think this Album only has ONE really good song that i recognize as the Zero 7 sound and thats the last track; "The Road"/5(30).
